day 5

This was an interesting day, though i did not do much of leveling. Attended Darkmoon fair for some darkmoon tickets. But it will take a while to get sufficent for a nice leveling item purchase.

Did mine some tin and 112 copper.
Some of my auctions sold and I'm working my way to financial freedom, although the pace is not the one I was hoping for. Maybe once I have higher lvl, this may change.

Auctioned some copper for a total of 96gold, wonder when it will sell. Auction house seems to be not so active during the Darkmoon Fair.
Small correction, while I am still at work all my stocks of copper ore have sold in the auction house

Gold on had is now : 358 gold 26 silver 98 copper

Days 3 & 4

Due to the fact that i was too busy with my work I did not have a chance to log in on a 3rd day, so to compensate this I spent some more time on a 4rth day. Some of my auctions sold and brought me 217 gold. But I had to buy bigger bags so my total gold on hand fell down to 170.

I started thinking, that I should simplify the data shown. Maybe make only 2 things: gold earned on a given day and a total. All other info will be in the overview.

By the time of the writing one more stack sold.

so 3rd day - no gold made.
day 4 :
gold made 237
 total gold on hand 190

Day 2

Finaly finished with Worgen starter area and went to Stormwind, reason for that is the fact that there is more copper to mine around the city and just like in any starter area lots fo low lvl creatures to skin and level skinning skill.

Due to the fact, that copper ore sells for more then smelted bars I have put 7 stacks *20 copper ore in the auction. They did not sell yet, but looks promissing.

Not realy much more to say. Except maybe that I reached lvl 15 and chose Fury as my speciality. On a side note, I have read that warriors have longer cooldown between fights, then any other class. At least until now I cannot confirm this. I have no cooldown at all, this however may change, when I get to higher levels.

Summary:
140 copper ore and 81 rough stone mined
none yet sold
1 gold 17 silver 28 copper coins from doing quests and looting mobs
total pocket  1 gold 93 silver 4 copper - forgot that flights and repairs do cost something  :)

Day 1

This is actualy my first time I play warrior. Started doing some starter quests in Worgen area. Reached lvl11, but im still in the starter area. Have mined 68 copper ore and have 34 rough stone. Havent done any skinning as most of the time I killed humanoids, undead and spiders, so no leather at this point.

Sad thing is my new character does not show up in WOW armory yet, so I can't sell the ore at the given time. Will need to wait till I leave the starter area, or until my new character will show up on WOW armory list. Actualy I would prefer to sell all my mats using armory, as that can be done, when I'm at work or anywhere using my android device :)

Now I'm thinking, that in order to simplify my gold making, I should create another character just for the auction use. That would speed things up.

Summary:
68 copper ore and 34 rough stone mined
none yet sold
85 silver 4 copper coins from doing quests and looting mobs
total pocket  0 gold 85 silver 4 copper

Journal on making gold with fresh character

I came back to World of Warcraft and decided to make a journal on how my gold making went. But to make it more interesting, I decided to make a new toon on a server I never played before.

So i will not be able to use any hairloom items or any other resources Main question is - what class to pick :) After giving it some thought i decided to take warrior and chose Worgen. Why Worgen? Easy they can skin faster and that will be my primary profession. As a second profession I chose mining as ores are in demand by more crafting profession and usualy priced realy good on any server (though i may be wrong about that).

The post will consist of following information:
1. General comments about the day
2. Mats gathered (types, quantity)
3. Price I got from the auction house (may be given on other day, depending on when they will sell) 4. Gold from gray items
5. Total gold earned.
Will limit my spending to the minimum, most of the gear can be gotten from quests so that will not be a question.

Last but not least a goal :)

The goal is to get 10k gold in 1 month. I know many have did better, but as I have limited time to play this will stay like this. Not too high and not too low. 10k gold would be a good starting fund for any player, besides you don't realy need gold when you start for gear. Maybe for some riding training and mounts, but that is about it.
